The Saudi Electronic University seeks to provide some general data in the portal and develop a strategy with aim of increasing the level of knowledge and the promotion of e-participation. In addition, it provides data to all platform visitors and university portal users to enable them to take advantage of the available data and use it as needed.

Open Data Library is available to all visitors and users of the university portal in order to enhance transparency, e-participation, benefit from data and use it to increase the level of knowledge. Open Data Library enable them to use published data and benefit from the provision of files in different formats without fees or financial constraints. In addition, they have the right to use it in their personal responsibility.
The use of open files library is considered as a recognition of commitment to the terms and conditions of this policy. The data user is responsible for data re-use in the University e-portal and should not let any error, related to the content of the data or its origin and history, occurred while re-using of this data.
Data users should refer to the source of these data by mentioning "The E-Portal" of the University to save data copyrights and credit the source link. They must not misrepresent any reference or data used. It is also prohibited to use data for any suspicious or shaded purposes or contrary to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws.
SEU is Not responsible for any errors, missing, or hostile to copy data dissemination or use of this open data. In addition, SEU does not assume any responsibility for data users.
The University has provided data in the portal but, at the same time, does not guarantee to continue providing data under a particular topic in an open data library or part of it.
To request a set of data, please write the data set name and description. Also, briefly clarify the potential use of the data in the message below. Kindly note that all applications will be subject to review by the committee.
