• ​Supervising the university projects.​

  • Evaluating and studying the proposals submitted for university projects.

  • Review the conditions and specifications of the projects and submit them to the Department of Contracts and Procurement to obtain the best offers in terms of technical and financial analysis and evaluation.

  • Follow-up with the operators, maintenance and quality control and submit periodic reports to the university administration on the companies' compliance with the specifications and conditions.

  • Field trips follow-up to implement projects.

  • Follow-up receipt of projects from contractors and delivery after completion to the beneficiary.

  •  Audit and review of financial statements.

  • Responding to inquiries from different entities inside or outside the university regarding projects.

  • Coordinating with the University Agency for Branches Affairs in preparing designs related to their projects to determine their actual needs.

  • Preparation of periodic reports.
