The ACP works hard to satisfy the needs of various sectors of the SEU in accordance with the General Bylaws of Saudi Universities and regulations within appropriate time, suitable prices and quality. ACP works as one team in a friendly atmosphere which helps in fulfilling its duties towards all administrative and academic units of the university.     

   

Main Tasks:

1- Sitting on committees responsible for opening and studying tenders of offers.

2- Securing university needs within the limit of budgetary credits.

3- Follow-up of various stages of implementing contracts to ensure the required quality.

4- Contacting specialized companies and institutions to secure the best possible offers of services and equipment.

5- Taking part in preparation of university annual report.

6. Announcing projects for tenders and/or securing needs by direct purchase.
