The Graduation Department undertakes the supervision of graduation procedures for the student population of the SEU, after students have successfully completed the requirements of graduation.
The main tasks of the Graduation Department include:
To issue graduation certificates and documents for all SEU academic degrees.
To process and certify students' requests of copies of their transcript of records electronically.
To issue, upon request, replacement documents when the original ones are lost.
To certify, upon request, copies of documents and diplomas for graduates who plan to study abroad.
To prepare the alumni directory at the end of each academic year.
To Prepare statistical information and reports about alumni students.
