Tasks:

  • To prepare contracts

  • To follow up on filled and vacant positions and jobs.

  • To announce vacant positions and positions taken up by contractees.

  • To issue administrative decrees concerning appointments, closing employment files, deputizing and secondment.

  • To coordinate with the Ministry of Civil Service to receive applications for employments and to carry out screening and selection procedures, to approve the final results, and to process their files, in employment requests, in cases of SEU screening or screening through directives from the Ministry of Civil Service.

  • To supervise and follow-up employees transfer in and outside the SEU.​
