About the Administration
The Administration and Finance Department is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, informing employees of decisions and circulars, and coordinating the preparation of plans and reports.
Administration's Tasks
- Monitoring all administrative operations within the scope of the Deanship.
- Informing other organizational departments and employees of all administrative decisions and instructions issued by senior management and following up on their implementation.
- Tracking employees’ attendance, departures, and leaves.
- Coordinating with departments on the preparation of summaries to compile the Deanship’s annual report.
