The Saudi Electronic University announces the availability of academic opportunities on a collaboration basis for qualified Saudi men and women holding master’s and PhD degrees in various specializations across the university’s colleges and educational centers, according to the following specializations:

First: Application Terms and Conditions:

The applicant must be a Saudi national.
The academic qualification must not be less than a Master’s degree in the required specialization.
Passing the personal interview conducted by the academic department (if applicable).
The applicant must attach approval from their employer if employed; if unemployed, proof of unemployment must be provided.
Equivalency of the certificate from the Ministry of Education (if the qualification was obtained from outside the Kingdom).
The applicant must be proficient in using technology and managing virtual classrooms.
Proficiency in English is required for specializations taught in English.
The applicant must have good conduct and behavior, must not have been dismissed from any educational institution in the Kingdom, and must not have any judicial ruling related to honor, integrity, or ethics.
Second: Application Process

Applications must be submitted only through the collaboration portal on the website of the Saudi Electronic University. Applicants are required to upload all required information and documents. Applications that do not meet the terms and conditions mentioned in “First” above will not be considered.
Third: Application Period

Applications will open on Sunday, 17/05/2026, and close on Thursday, 21/05/2026, through the following link.
Fourth: Important Notes
- Submitting an application does not constitute any promise of acceptance or financial commitment from the university, except after completing all official requirements and signing the collaboration contract.
- Applications will be reviewed based on the needs of each college/educational center. Acceptance of the application does not necessarily mean immediate recruitment of the applicant.
- All submitted applications will be reviewed by the specialized committees in each college, and nominations will be made for applicants who meet the requirements (according to the needs of the academic departments).
- The collaboration period will be calculated after assigning the academic schedule and signing the collaboration contract by the authorized party.
- Financial entitlements will only be paid after the collaborator completes all assigned tasks and submits the academic duties and all required documents.
- The applicant is entitled to submit only one application based on the national ID number. Any error in the ID number will result in the application being considered invalid.
- Collaboration is a temporary contract for one academic semester and does not constitute employment or a promise of employment.
