Jeddah branch holds “Talk Confidently” training Course

Student activities unit at Jeddah branch held a training course entitled: “Talk Confidently”, presented by Ms. Ghadah Alshehri, a lecturer at College of Science and Theoretical Studies.

The course themes revolved around the following:

•  Preparing basics
• Body language training.
• Freedom from fear.
• Reducing tension.
• How to control symptoms of stage fright.
