The Student Activities Unit at the University Branch in Jeddah held a training course entitled: Workout Your Priorities and Add to Your Life, presented by Ms. Shareefah Al-Ghamdi, a certified tranier. The course was held virtually via BlackBoard. The course themes are:
- Why prioritization?
- Prioritization from an Islamic perspective.
- Real and delusional priorities.
- Exercises and activities.
At the end, attendance certificates were distributed among attendees under two hours.
