Our environment is our responsibility
By implementing its policies on reducing carbon emissions, plastic waste, and hazardous waste disposal, the Saudi Electronic University is committed to environmental sustainability. The university has developed and implemented policies addressing carbon emission reduction and various waste disposal methods, such as the Hazardous Waste Management Policy, the Environment and Sustainability Policy, and the Waste Management Policy. These policies aim to minimize negative environmental impacts by reducing carbon emissions and disposing of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
During the academic year 2023-2024, the Saudi Electronic University organized many activities that contribute to preserving the environment and stopping or reversing desertification, through scientific research, teaching and awareness, which put the university on the path towards a more sustainable future for all.
