Documents and papers required for admission
The required documents are:
- A certified copy of the bachelor's degree certificate (mandatory).
- A certified copy of the academic transcript (mandatory).
- A certified copy of the equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education if the qualification was obtained from outside the Kingdom (mandatory).
- A copy of the civil status card for Saudi students (mandatory).
- A copy of the valid residency permit for non-Saudi students.
- A copy of the mother's national identity card, for non-Saudi students with Saudi mothers.
- Original result of the English Language Proficiency Test (IELTS) Academic only, or result of the English Language Proficiency Test (STEP) (mandatory), or the (TOEFL-IBT) test (mandatory).
- The results of a graduate assessment test such as GMAT OR GRE are not a prerequisite, but they can be attached as supporting evidence for admission when comparing applicants (optional).

Other documents are required depending on the program:
- Attach the classification of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (Healthcare Management Program).
- Applicants' work experience (Executive Masters Program in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety, and Executive Masters Program in Business Administration).
Document Delivery
Documents are submitted electronically via the document upload portal linked to the admissions portal.
It should be noted that:
- Correct documents must be submitted, and the Deanship of Graduate Studies has the right to demand that the submitted documents match and verify their authenticity at any time. If there is any discrepancy between the documents and the data entered in the application, or if the Deanship is not provided with the required documents within the specified period, the university has the right to decline admission without any refunds or financial dues.
- If any of the required documents are missing, the applicant's application will not be considered.
- It is sufficient to submit the result of one language test.
- The period for obtaining the test result should not exceed three years for the (IELTS) test and the (STEP) test, and not exceed two years for the (TOEFL_IBT) test. The requirement to submit the English language test is waived for graduates of the Electronic University for programs taught in English with a cumulative average of no less than (3.5 out of 4.00 or higher). Also waived is the applicant who obtained a bachelor’s degree from a university in a country where the native language is English and the university is recognized by the Ministry of Education.
- For those who submit a language test result (IELTS), the academic test result (IELTS-Academic Only) is accepted, as (Indicator OR General Training) is not accepted.
