The General Administration of Branch Affairs at the Saudi Electronic University seeks to fulfill the aspirations and directions of the wise leadership in caring for citizens across the various regions, governorates, and centers of the Kingdom, and in providing opportunities for higher education to all segments of society, based on the principle that education is a right for everyone at all levels.
The Saudi Electronic University, in particular, is a national public university that was established under gracious royal approval to support these aspirations and directions through an educational model different from traditional systems that rely solely on face-to-face learning. The University adopts a blended learning model, which promotes optimal investment in technology and its effective integration into university education processes. This model combines the strengths of various learning modes by integrating face-to-face education with synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, offering a distinctive approach that enables individuals—regardless of their circumstances, nature of work, or age—to continue their higher education journey with ease and flexibility. It also allows the University to deliver high-quality university education.
Today, the Saudi Electronic University is honored to provide its educational services by offering opportunities for university education at the diploma, bachelor’s, and master’s levels through its main campus and fourteen branches distributed across the Kingdom, achieving near-comprehensive coverage of its various regions. This is supported by a distinguished cadre of faculty members and staff, as well as a notable number of effective local and international partnerships that contribute to delivering high-quality academic programs aligned with national development needs.
At the General Administration of Branch Affairs, and with unprecedented support from His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Mohammed bin Mardhi Al-Zahrani, and in integration with the University’s ecosystem and its various entities, we recognize the magnitude of the responsibilities entrusted to the General Administration. We place serving the University’s students and staff across all branches at the forefront of our priorities through continuous work, updating strategic directions, improving operational processes, and enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness to achieve the University’s objectives and national targets.
