Saudi Electronic University Investment Committee Discusses Possible Investment Opportunities to Achieve Financial Sustainability

The President of the Saudi Electronic University, Prof. Lilac Alsafadi, chaired the meeting of the University Investment Committee in the presence of all its members.

Prof. Lilac Alsafadi welcomed the members and extended her thanks and appreciations to them for their remarkable efforts. As they contributed to promoting financial sustainability at the university through investing in the capabilities provided by Financial Affairs Regulations of Universities. She stressed the need to determine the types of the short and long term investments, as well as expected risk percentages.

The meeting presented the achievements of the Investment Department and the key challenges encountered during the last period, the strategy of enhancing the university investment attitude, and opportunities and risks of the possible investment.

The meeting discussed several investment opportunities to achieve the financial sustainability at the Saudi Electronic University, upon which recommendations were taken.
