About the Unit

Curricula and study plans are the tools by which an educational institution's learning outcomes and the quality of its graduates are defined and measured. Therefore, the Saudi Electronic University has given considerable attention to developing its educational programs and study plans to ensure the excellence of these programs and the quality of the study plans, aligning them with labor market needs and academic accreditation requirements.
The university also utilizes all its resources and academic expertise at all levels to produce study programs that fulfill its mission and vision.

Providing well-structured study plans and curricula that graduate individuals with high-quality knowledge, skills, and specialized abilities that enable them to meet the needs of the labor market and perform their job duties efficiently, effectively, and flexibly, contributing to building a knowledge economy and society and conveying the Kingdom’s civilizational message.

The unit works to develop the sciences, knowledge and skills of university students by developing academic study plans, courses and their content and methods of evaluation using advanced technologies to provide distinguished education and modern qualification according to the highest quality standards by coordinating related efforts inside and outside the university.

Identifying and implementing the specifications and standards necessary for building study plans and programs, in accordance with the requirements of academic accreditation.
Establishing community partnerships with the public and private sectors with the aim of improving the level of study plans and programs at the university.
To enhance academic cooperation with universities and scientific institutions at the local, regional and international levels to achieve high quality in the design of study programs.
Providing support and assistance to academic departments to create a suitable environment for developing study programs.
Evaluating and developing study plans and programs in academic departments in line with the university’s mission and objectives, in cooperation with the Deanship of Quality and relevant parties within the university.
