يطيب لي أن أرحب بكم في صفحة وكالة الجامعة للشؤون التعليمية بالجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية، والتي تُعنى بالإشراف على جميع الجوانب الأكاديمية لطلبة الجامعة في مرحلتي الدبلوم و البكالوريوس وتعمل على تطوير البرامج والخطط الدراسية والاشراف عليها بما يتواكب مع متطلبات سوق العمل ويحقق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
إن الوكالة تسعى دائماً إلى تعزيز جودة المخرجات التعليمية من خلال دعم الابتكار في أساليب التعليم، وتبني أفضل الممارسات الأكاديمية، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية محفزة تسهم في إعداد جيل متميز قادر على خدمة وطنه والمنافسة عالمياً.
كذلك ، ترحب الوكالة بأي مقترحات أو ملاحظات، من شأنها تحسين البيئة التعليمية، وتعمل جاهدة مع الكليات والعمادة المساندة لتسهيل الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة .

Functions of the Vice Presidency
- Assisting the University President in managing the entities affiliated with him organizationally.
- Managing the educational process at the university and working to provide its requirements.
- Developing university study plans and programmes in line with national development requirements and labour market requirements.
- Implementing the university’s admission and registration policies and following up on the application of approved standards.
- Monitoring the university's program capacity.
- Follow up on the implementation of the educational process at the university’s main headquarters and its various branches.
- Follow up on the implementation of educational strategies that are consistent with the university’s educational model.
- Directing colleges and academic departments to advance the educational process and assisting them in overcoming any obstacles they may encounter.
- Participate in providing competent academic staff to implement the university’s programs.
- Monitoring the use of educational technologies in the educational process and utilizing all educational tools provided by the university’s educational platform (Blackboard).
- Supervising the use and development of educational applications and technologies at the university.
- Monitor and encourage student activities to enhance the spirit of initiative and responsibility among university students.
- Preparing guides and publications introducing the university’s programs and student activities.
- Preparing and training faculty members and students to master the use of educational technologies.
- Implementing academic partnerships at the university, both local and international.
- Supervising the preparation of plans to develop educational technology services provided to the university and others, and following up on their implementation.
