Developing and reviewing study plans for university programs at the undergraduate level in all university colleges, as described above (four programs in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, one program in the College of Computing and Information Technology, two programs in the College of Health Sciences, and three programs in the College of Sciences and Theoretical Studies).
The agency has ensured that these study plans are prepared in accordance with international and local academic accreditation requirements on the one hand, and, on the other hand, that all study plans be subject to arbitration to ensure that they meet the academic accreditation requirements of local and international accreditation bodies and that the content of the study plans achieves the educational outcomes targeted by the university and is in line with modern trends in higher education.
During this short period of the university's existence, the University vice for Educational Affairs has developed all the e-courses for the educational programs offered by the university and made them available on the university's educational platform. This ensures the interactive nature of the educational process and fulfils all its requirements, whether in the form of knowledge, activities, skills, or other aspects.
In response to the demands of the Kingdom's labor market, the University's vice for Educational Affairs is expanding its list of educational programs that meet the demands of the labor market and contribute to shaping the national economy. Among the programs recently introduced and open for admission are:

The University vice for Educational Affairs worked early after the university's establishment to prepare an integrated electronic environment for the university, with the goal of establishing a fully integrated electronic university edifice that would qualify the Saudi Electronic University to be the leading reference in blended learning, both locally and regionally. Among the most notable achievements in this field are:

- Continuous updating of the university's educational applications.
In an effort to ensure a wider range of career opportunities for university graduates, the vice for Educational Affairs has been keen to obtain professional accreditation for university degrees, whether from the Ministry of Civil Service or from professional associations. The agency has succeeded in obtaining:
- A qualification program accreditation certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Bachelor's program in Health Informatics.
- The Ministry of Civil Service has classified the following programs: Accounting, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Public Health, and Electronic Media, and deemed them suitable for their equivalents in the Job Classification Guide in Part Three (Academic Qualifications and Appropriate Fields of Work).
- We are working on getting the classification of the rest of the new programs.
The vice has concluded several academic strategic partnership agreements with distinguished partners as follows:
- Franklin University.
- Colorado State University Global Campus.
- Florida Institute of Technology.
- Ohio University Center for International Studies
To ensure the quality of the educational process based on quality standards and requirements and academic accreditation, the vice submitted the e-courses for review by a neutral third party (Ohio University) according to Quality Matrs standards. The university's Joint First Year Program was also evaluated under a partnership agreement with Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah bin Dahish's Office for Educational, Pedagogical, and Administrative Consultations, in collaboration with the University of Auckland, New Zealand (University of Auckland UniServices).
