Unit's Tasks
- Editing and updating the University Agency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research page on the website to reflect the agency’s identity and tasks and ensure the consistency and accuracy of information.
- Preparing periodic reports on the activities of the agency and its affiliated organizational units, their achievements, and proposals for improving their performance, ensuring data accuracy, output quality, and performance documentation.
- Coordination between the deanships and organizational units associated with the agency to ensure integration between them and to make the most of the available capabilities.
- Supervising the preparation and implementation of the agency’s operational and executive plans and ensuring their alignment with the university’s strategic objectives.
- Monitoring and tracking operational changes and performance indicators, and following up on the implementation of initiatives related to the agency and its affiliated entities.
