The faculty members at the College of Computing and Informatics conclude their participation in the Cyber Security Conference in Kuwait

Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Bishr, Dean of the University’s College of Computing and Informatics, and Dr. Hazza Al-Sharif, faculty member of the College of Computing and Informatics, in addition to Dr. Marwa Al-Masry, member of the faculty at the university, participated in the official speakers at the conference and the second Gulf exhibition for cyber security held in Kuwait during the period 13 _ November 14, 2019, under the gracious patronage of the Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Sabah, and the presence of the Kuwaiti Minister of Oil, Electricity, and Water, and a group of experts, stakeholders, and many governmental and private agencies.

Dr. Al-Bishr participated in the first session of the first day, which was titled "Gulf Cooperation Council states' readiness in the field of cyber security", while Dr. Hazaa Al-Sharif, a faculty member in the College of Computing and Informatics, participated in the second session of the first day, which carried Title "Cloud Security: An Obstacle or Reality"

While Dr. Marwa Al-Masry’s participation came in the third session of the second day of the conference’s activities under the title “Cybersecurity in Emerging Technology.” At the end of the meeting, the members of the college participating in the conference were honored, and the delegation received an appreciation shield from the Cultural Attaché in Kuwait.
