Program Overview
The “Jahiziyah” Program is a national initiative launched by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), in collaboration with the Council of Universities’ Affairs. It aims to ensure the quality of outcomes of Saudi universities and colleges and to enhance graduates’ readiness to enter the labor market.
The program works on measuring and developing academic program outcomes by supporting graduates in acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, and values (learning outcomes) required in each specialization. This contributes to achieving alignment between educational outcomes and labor market needs.
The program is part of the efforts to achieve Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program, by preparing nationally qualified cadres who are academically and professionally competent and capable of competing globally. This helps reduce unemployment rates and promotes innovation and economic development.
The Saudi Electronic University has participated in the previous two editions of the program and intends to participate in the upcoming 2025–2026 edition. It encourages graduating students this year to prepare for and participate in the test, and to review the attached materials to benefit from their content and ensure proper preparation.
